Why are AI-generated images flagged?

AI-generated images can be flagged for several reasons to ensure they adhere to Magnific’s guidelines and legal standards. Please note that certain AI models have restrictions beyond our control. Here are some reasons why images might be flagged:

1. Violence and harmful content

• Images depicting violence, including graphic scenes, injuries, or weapons.
• Use of words such as 'war', 'shot', or any terms that imply violence or harm.

2. Copyrighted artworks or characters

• Images featuring copyrighted characters or artworks, such as well-known animated characters or popular superheroes.
• Any content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

3. Sexual content

• Explicit sexual content.
• Any depiction of minors in a sexual context, which is strictly prohibited.

4. Hate speech and discrimination

• Content that promotes hate speech, racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination.
• Images that include offensive symbols or language.

5. Sensitive and disturbing content

• Images that may cause distress or discomfort, such as graphic medical images or scenes of suffering.
• Content intended to shock or disturb viewers.
