Web upload method

If you’re a Level 1 or 2 contributor, you will have to upload your files via web (you can also upload them via web or via FTP if you’re a Level 3 contributor). Simply follow these steps:

Upload files from the top menu or on the upload section on the left side.
A panel with the technical requirements will appear on the right side of your screen. Drag and drop your assets or browse your computer to select them.
Remember: for vectors and PSD files, upload the preview file in .jpg format and the editable file in .eps or .psd format. Both files should have the same name.
Once you have added all the images you want to upload, each file’s status will be displayed in the central part of your screen. You can check every necessary step to successfully upload them by clicking them individually.
The next step is to add titles and keywords to your images. You can do it in the drop-down menu that will show on the right side of the screen when you click on each file. Once you have them, click on the Save button.
Alternatively, you can use a .csv file to add titles and keywords. Refer to this article for instructions.
Once every file has been uploaded and is ready for revision, the Submit button will appear available. Click on it to send the files for our team’s review.

Files in the "Upload" or FTP section that are not sent for revision within 180 days will no longer be available.
